Goreta Fitness — training records instead of a notebook
A mobile app and web interface for a sports association with more than 50 active members: a coach role for scheduling and records, a member role to track workouts, progress, and book sessions — without paper.
Context
The association runs individual and group training for more than 50 active members, each with specific goals — from weight loss to building strength and endurance. All records lived in a notebook: who comes when, which exercises were assigned, how members progress, and what is planned next. Sessions would occasionally overlap, past work was hard to look up, and an hour or two a day went into flipping pages and planning.
Solution
Goreta Fitness connects two roles in one system. In the coach role, the trainer sees daily and weekly schedules on phone and web, keeps per-member training records, tracks progress, and prepares programmes. In the member role, each person follows their own sessions, set history, and progress and can book appointments — without paper or losing context between visits.
Collaboration
The system is in daily use and keeps evolving as the association grows — new improvements are added based on real needs from coaches and members.
