Disputes shall be resolved by the court with jurisdiction according to the registered seat of Base 17, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Wording on governing law and dispute resolution is subject to legal review before final publication.

Base 17 reserves the right to amend these terms of use. Updated terms are published on this page with the last updated date indicated. Continued use of the site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
