Milko Jurić Memorial Tournament — live results, no paper

In previous years, schedules, results, and standings were tracked by hand on paper. Every score change meant recalculating the table manually, and participants relied on announcements and a notice board. Errors were frequent and updates slow — especially with categories running in parallel.

We built a web application with three interfaces over the same data. Public view: participants scan a QR code to open results, tables, and the schedule on their phones, with no installation. Admin interface: organisers enter results, and tables and standings recalculate automatically. LED scoreboard: a large-screen view at the pitch, synchronised with entries in real time.

The application ran without interruption on tournament day. Organisers published results as soon as matches ended, and participants and parents followed standings on their phones — no waiting for announcements. The U9 and U11 categories ran in parallel in the same system.
